摘　　要：通过对山西师范大学体育学院体育运动技术课程中的准备活动的内容、时间、组织形式和影响体育运动技术课程准备活动的效果因素进行调查与研究,并针对以上所存在的问题提出对策与建议,推动体育运动技术课准备活动的发展和创新。Through investigation and research on the contents,time,organizational form and influence factors of warm- up exercises in technique exercises at sport college of Shanxi Normal University,this paper offers countermeasures and suggestions for the above problems,aims at promoting the development and innovation of warm- up exercises in technique teaching.
