摘　　要：顶岗实习是目前我国高等师范院校教育实习的一种重要模式,它改变传统教育实习的做法,安排师范生到中小学替代任课教师担任教学的任务的教育实习。本文主要考察山西师范大学体育学院2011级顶岗实习实施的基本状况,研究其对体育师范生的实习效果,对于体育师范生的顶岗实习模式进一步完善、促进顶岗实习在各师范院校顺利实施具有一定的现实意义。On- duty internship is an important mode in present normal universities,which changes the traditional way of internship,arranges students to substitute teachers of primary and secondary schools to take the entire teaching tasks. This article mainly inspects the basic implemental situation of on- duty internship of Grade 2011 in sport College of Shanxi Normal University,and studies its effects on normal universities＇ PE majors,which are significant for the improving of on- duty internship mode for normal university PE majors,as well as promoting the smooth implementation of on – duty internship among different normal universities.
