摘　　要：指出高校物流专业学生是否具有较强自主创新能力既是物流企业招收录用员工的重要标准,也是衡量大学物流教学质量的重要标准。《物流成本管理》课程的实践性和应用性较强的特点决定了《物流成本管理》课程教学范式改革的必要性,对培养物流专业学生的自主创新能力具有重要意义。并以《物流成本管理》为例具体论述了课程教学范式的内涵与我国传统课程教学存在的问题,最后提出了课程教学范式改革的几点建议。In this paper,we pointed out that the independent innovation capacity of the logistics major students was both an important criterion of the logistics enterprises as employers and a significant standard in measuring the teaching quality of the university.Based on the characteristics of the course we discussed the necessity for the reform of the teaching paradigm of the Logistics Cost Management course and its importance in cultivating the independent innovation capacity of the logistics major students.Next,we introduced in detail the connotation of the curricular teaching paradigm of the Logistics Cost Management course and the problems in the traditional teaching mode of this course in China and at the end,gave some suggestions for the teaching paradigm reform of this course.
