摘 要:大学学者学术责任以追寻知识真、善为价值取向,它是学者们学术伦理生活的核心。责任是角色所赋予的,大学学者角色决定了他们本质地具有担当学术责任的义务,这些职责的有效履行,需要以制度契约化的形式来规定、保障。良善的学术制度至少需具有公正、秩序、效率的基本价值才有利于大学学者尽职尽责。学术是典型的社会公器,平均主义理念的权利配置方式不利于促进佼佼者尽职尽责,公正俨然成了学术制度的首要价值。学术制度的公正价值体现在形式公正和实质公正两方面。大学学者的履职履责要以良善的学术秩序为前提条件。如今,单纯依赖于学者的学术美德已不能保障学术有序,秩序价值成了学术制度的工具价值。当知识的实用理性价值愈发成为人们追寻的目的时,效率便成了学术制度的目的价值追寻,它是国家、社会以及大学等利益相关者的政治、经济、文化等利益诉求的必然。The responsibility of the university scholar is oriented to searching for the true and good knowledge. It is also the core of their ethics in scholars' academic life. The social will of the responsibility reflects in the role task, so the role of the scholar decides their obligation of having the academic responsibility. In order to guarantee the effective performance of the tasks, all these need to be regulated by system contracting. Firstly, the academic responsibility of the scholar is not defined by their own likes and rational cognitive level, but by the academic system. Secondly, the academic system sets the guarantee mechanism to carry out the academic responsibility. The punishment mechanism effectively restrain the opportunism in academics and guarantee the scholar to perform their duties. Again, the incentive of the academic system at the material and honor level is good for the originality and independence of the scholar to fulfill their duties.The academic system is the product of rational judgment and has its advantages and disadvantages. In view of rational experience, a good academic system should at least be fair, orderly and efficient in order to help the scholar actively perform the responsibility and stop the academic irresponsibility. The justice of the academic system is embodied in the two sides at least. One is the justice on the institutional layer. In the academic community, the objective of the academic system( the university scholar) should equally enjoy the academic right, and no one should enjoy more or less academic right due to the differences in their academic background(identity), academic interest, academic level(capability), academic status, academic titles, academic contribution,etc. Under this condition, every scholar should equally fulfill the academic responsibility accordingly, and take the punishment for the academic irresponsibility resulted from their choice of their own will.
