摘  要:结合应用型本科人才培养的要求和特点,对生物分离工程课程培养目标和培养方式改革进行了探索。通过优化教学内容,改进教学实验手段,加强理论与实践的结合,激发学生学习的兴趣,提高学生的动手能力,最终达到帮助学生具备应用型人才的基本能力,更好融入社会,提高就业竞争能力打下坚实的基础。The aim of the study was to explore the reform of the training objectives and methods of the biological separation engineering course, according to the educational environment and conditions of the biological specialty in our university, combined with the requirements and characteristics of the applied undergraduate talents cultivation. By optimizing the teaching contents, improve experimental teaching means, strengthening the combination of theory and practice, stimulates the interest of study and improving practical ability, the students can have basic ability of applied talents and have better competitive power to integrate into society.
