摘　　要：万里对中国的环境保护事业做出了卓越的贡献。万里第一次提出要把环境保护作为一项基本国策,强调环境保护要与经济建设协调发展、要坚持群众路线、要依靠科技指导等等,这些思想对推进中国特色社会主义生态文明建设有着重要的理论意义和现实意义。Wan Li, as a pioneer of economic reform at the end of 70s of 20 Century, has achieved a lot to China＇s environment protection. He was the first one who has put forward environment protection as the basic state policy, and strengthened the ideas such as harmonious development of protection and economy, sticking to mass line, depending on technology, and so on which shows theoretical and practical significance.
