摘　　要：蔡山奶奶庙是近年在苏北地域新发现的一处道观遗存。该遗存现仅余残破不堪的前殿一处古建筑,殿内山墙上幸存有十分罕见的碧霞元君巡行壁画和一块清代嘉庆年间的功德碑。蔡山奶奶庙兴盛时不仅建筑规模宏大,且曾是徐州以北滕州以南最有影响力的道观,而其前身应该与玉皇大帝或东岳大帝的信仰有关,后来约于明代嘉靖年间才改颜碧霞行宫。蔡山奶奶庙是中国传统的泰山和道教等宗教信仰文化的一个重要例证,具有较高的保护和研究价值。The Caishan Grandma Temple is a Daoist temple which was newly discovered in the northern region of the Jiangsu Province four years ago. It remains only the front hall of the temple and now it is an ancient and shabby building. On the gable walls of the front hall of the temple, there are rare murals in which the Bixia Yuanjun was making an inspection tour. A stone tablet that was made during the period of Emperor Jiaqing in Qing dynasty also survived. In the golden age of the Caishan Grandma Temple, not only was its con-struction-scale very large, but it was also the most influential Daoist temple in the area ranging from Xuzhou to Tengzhou . Its predecessor should be related to the beliefs of the Jade Emperor or the God of Mount Tai. Later, it was changed into a palace of Bixia Yuanjun during the period of Emperor Jiajing in Ming dynasty. Caishan Grandma Temple is an important example of Mount Tai and Daoist faiths , and has a high value for research and conservation.
