摘　　要：目的建立茂名市医保定点医院疾病分类编码目录,满足疾病分类规范化和医疗保险付费管理的需求。方法将茂名市医保定点医院疾病分类字典库与医疗保险直报系统疾病分类字典库进行对照,剔去重复。结果建立统一的茂名市医保定点基医院疾病分类编码目录。结论茂名市医保定点医院疾病分类编码目录的建立,既为医院科学实施DRGs做好铺垫,又为茂名市医保局科学管理医疗保险基金提供保障。Objective To compose the Maoming Directory of Medicare for disease classification and coding in order to meet the disease classification standard and the demand of the medical insurance payment management. Methods We compared the Maoming Directory of Medicare for disease classification with the disease directory for medical insurance refun- ding, removing the repeated names of diseases. Results The Maoming diseases classification and coding directory for the medical insurance hospital at the grass root level. Conclusion The newly - established Maoming medicare classification and code directory paves the way for the implementation of DRGs and for the scientific management of Maoming medical insurance funds.
