延长石太线曲线钢轨使用寿命的研究

摘　　要：针对石太线重载铁路曲线地段钢轨病害发展快、钢轨使用寿命较短的现状,总结曲线地段主要的钢轨病害表现。提出对病害钢轨先使用铣磨车消除剥离掉块、肥边、波磨等病害,再使用打磨车修正钢轨断面廓形、进行不对称廓形打磨的措施。选取2条相似曲线进行实地监测,验证措施的有效性。With a view to the status quo that the rail disease develops quickly in the curve section along the heavyduty railways along the Shijiazhuang-Taiyuan Line and the the service life of rails is shorter, the article summarizes the signs of main rail diseases in a curve section. It proposes to eliminate and peel off diseases such as drop pieces,fat edges and corrugations,etc. with a rail milling car for rails with a disease,then repair the rail section profile with a grinding car and grinding to form an asymmetric profile. Besides,it shall conduct situ monitoring to 2selected similar curves to validate the measures.
