摘  要:目的优选药对桃仁-红花挥发油的β-环糊精包合工艺。方法以包合物的收率和油转化率的综合评分为评价指标,选择β-环糊精与药对挥发油的质量比、包合温度与包合时间为主要影响因素,进行L9(34)正交试验,优选包合挥发油的工艺条件。结果优选出的最佳工艺为β-环糊精与药对挥发油的质量比8:1,包合温度50℃,包合时间2 h。显微镜法、紫外分光光度计法均显示形成了包合物。结论优选的药对桃仁-红花挥发油的β-环糊精包合工艺稳定可行。Objective To optimize inclusion technology conditions of volatile oil extracted from Semen Persicae and Flos cartham by β-Cyclodextrin. Methods The orthogonal design was used for the optimization of inclusion conditions with the transformation rate of the volatile oil in inclusion complex and the yield of inclusion complex as the evaluation indexes, the mass ratio of β-Cyclodextrin to oil, the temperature and the inclusion time were used as the main factors of L9 (34)orthogonal design. Results The optimal conditions for inclusion were as follows: the mass ratio of β-Cyclodextrin to oil being 8: 1, inclusion temperature at 60 ℃, and stirring for 2h. Conclusion The optimal conditions for β- Cyclodextrin -inclusion of volatile oil from Semen Persicae and Flos cartham are steady and feasible.
