摘  要:文章以国内外的SPOC研究成果为基础,构建了基于SPOC(Small Private Online Course)的翻转课堂教学模式,并将该模式在"绩效技术导论"课程中进行了实验教学——在实验班中使用基于SPOC的翻转课堂教学模式进行教学,而在对照班中采用传统的课堂讲授模式进行教学。经过对两个班的测试成绩进行对比,发现实验班的测试成绩显著高于对照班,说明本次翻转课堂总体上取得了较好的教学效果。文章分析了本次翻转课堂突出的优点和存在的问题,最后结合本次翻转课堂的教学实验对国内外翻转课堂的发展提出了一些建议和思考。Based on the domestic and foreign research results of SPOC(Small Private Online Course), this paper constructed the teaching mode of SPOC-based flipped classroom. Moreover, this new teaching model was applied in the course of "Introduction to Performance Technology". The only difference was this new teaching mode was applied in the experiment class, while in the control class, the traditional teaching method was used. After comparing the test performances of the two classes, it found the experiment class significantly higher than the control class, which illustrated that this flipped classroom achieved excellent teaching effect on the whole. The prominent advantages and existing problems of this flipped classroom were also analyzed. Finally, some suggestions and thinking were put forward for the development of domestic and international flipped classroom.
