养老服务人才培养的困境与对策

摘　　要：面对日趋严峻的人口老龄化形势和对专业化养老护理人才的巨大需求,我国养老服务人才供给不足的矛盾日益突出,数量短缺、年龄偏大、知识专业技能缺乏、学历层次低下等,已经成为制约养老服务事业发展的重要因素。因此,认真剖析我国养老服务人才培养现状及存在的问题,探索建立科学的养老服务人才培养体系,加大养老服务人才专业化培养和社会化培训力度,对于促进我国养老服务事业顺利发展具有重要意义。Aging problem is becoming more and more serious in China and endowment service personnel is in great demand.However,supply of those personnel is far from enough.Problems such as shortage and older age of service personnel,lack of professional skills and low educational level have become important factors limiting development of endowment service in China.Therefore,it is meaningful to study current situation and existing problems of endowment service personnel cultivation,to build scientific cultivation system,and strengthen professional and social training.
