摘　　要：高职电脑艺术设计专业作为一门综合性学科。其具有一定的交叉性和专业性，是专业素质与专业技能、实践与理论、技术与艺术的有机结合，能够有效满足人才市场的需求。目前大部分高职院校都开始改变传统的教学模式，创设人才市场与企业、行业与教育的合作及对接机制．对人才培养理念加以积极创新．以此形成适合创意产业环境下的人才培养体系，实现自身的可持续发展。Higher computer art and design professionals which has a cross and professionalism, as acomprehensive discipline between professional qualities and professional skills, practice and theory,technology and art, can effectively meet the needs of the job market. At present, most vocationalcolleges are beginning to change the traditional mode of teaching, the creation of the job market andbusiness cooperation and docking mechanism industry and education, personnel training to be activeand innovative ideas, thus forming a suitable environment under the creative industry training systemto realize their own sustainable development.
