摘 要:提出一种基于毛细管电泳技术的毒品检验和溯源方法.针对同一来源和不同来源的没收甲基苯丙胺毒品药片电泳谱图分析,同一批次药品分离得到良好的一致性和重现性(峰高DRS<5.3%(n=4);迁移时间DRS<1.1%(n=4)),对不同批次的药品的峰高及峰数量有明显区分,实现了通过毛细管电泳达到溯源性分析,为毒品检验及溯源提供了一种可行性方法.Drug crime has become a serious social problem.The fight against drug crime has become an important and difficult task in the world.Drug determination and Traceability Technology is a key technical means to combat drug crime,has an important role in the work of drug control.In this paper,a method of drug determination and traceability based on capillary electrophoresis is presented.According to the quantitative and qualitative analysis of electropherograms for the uniform source and different sources of seized methamphetamine tablets,good consistency and reproducibility of peak height DRS〈5.3%(n=4); migration time DRS〈1.1%(n=4),were obtained for the drugs from a batch,while the peak height and peak numbers from f different batches are distinct.The proposed method can be used as a feasible method for drug testing and tracing to the source.
