胃力康颗粒联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察胃力康颗粒联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎的临床效果。方法将82例反流性食管炎患者随机分为观察组与对照组各41例,对照组给予枸橼酸莫沙必利治疗,观察组采用胃力康颗粒联合莫沙必利治疗,比较2组临床疗效、胃镜疗效、不良反应发生情况,以及随访期间复发率。结果临床疗效观察组显效率53.7%,总有效率95.2%;对照组显效率31.7%,总有效率80.8%,组间比较均有显著差异（P〈0.05）。胃镜疗效观察组痊愈率48.8%,总有效率92.7%;对照组痊愈率29.3%,总有效率75.6%,组间比较均有显著差异（P〈0.05）。2组均无不良反应发生。随访6~9个月,复发率观察组5.1%,对照组18.2%,组间比较差异显著（P〈0.05）。结论胃力康颗粒联合莫沙必利治疗反流性食管炎有效提高治疗效果,降低复发率,临床应用安全性较好。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Weilikan g granules combined with Mosapride in the treatment of reflux esophagitis. Methods 82 cases of patients with reflux esophagitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,and each group had 41 cases. The control group was treated with mosapride citrate. The observation group was treated with Weilikang granules combined with Mosapride. The clinical effect, gastroscope curative effect, untoward effect occurrence and the recurrence rate during the following-up visit of the patients in the two groups were compared. Results The clinical significant effective rate of the observation group was 53.7%, the total effective rate of the observation group was 95.2%, clinical significant effective rate and the total effective rate of the control group was 31.7% and 80.8%, respectively, and there were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. The cure rate of the gastroscope curative effect of the observation group was 48.8%, the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.7%, the cure rate of the gastroscope curative effect and the total effective rate of the control group was29.3% and 75.6%, respectively, and there were significant differences between the two groups（P〈0.05）. There was no untoward effect occurred in the two groups. Following-up visit for 6 to 9 months, the recurrence rate of the observation group and the control group was 5.1% and 18.2%, respectively, and there was a significant difference between the two groups（ P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Weilikang granules combined with mosapride in treating reflux esophagitis can enhance the therapeutic effect effectively, reduce the recurrence rate, and the clinical security is better.
