Livin在乳腺癌、乳腺原位癌和乳腺组织中的表达分析

摘　　要：目的比较凋亡抑制因子Livin在乳腺癌组织、乳腺原位癌组织以及乳腺组织中的表达,了解其表达与乳腺癌各项临床参数之间的关系。方法免疫组化方法检测Livin在78例乳腺癌、97例原位癌组织以及83例正常乳腺组织中的表达,并分析Livin与临床病理学特征的关系。结果乳腺浸润性癌组织、乳腺原位癌组织以及乳腺组织3组病例中Livin蛋白的表达强度分别为187.67±5.09、147.67±8.72以及104.41±3.26,3组两两比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Livin蛋白表达与患者年龄以及淋巴结转移均有显著性差异(P<0.05),而与肿瘤大小、组织学分级以及临床分期无显著性差异(P>0.05)。livin蛋白阳性组的3年局部复发率41.5%高于阴性组17.1%(P<0.05)。结论 Livin蛋白在乳腺癌组织中存在高表达,其表达与患者年龄以及淋巴结转移相关。Objective To detect the expression of the apoptosis inhibitor Livin in human breast cancer, breast ductal carcinoma in situ and breast tissue, and to understand its correlations in the prognosis of breast cancer. Methods The expression and location of Livin was determined by immunohistochemical Streptavidin-Peroxidase method in 78 cases with breast cancer, 97 cases with breast ductal carcinoma in situ , and 83 cases with normal breast tissues. The relationship between Livin and clinical pathological characteristics was analyzed. Results The positive rate of Livin in breast cancer, breast ductal carcinoma in situ and breast tissue were 187.67 ＋ 5.09,147.67 ＋ 8.72 and 104.41 ＋_ 3.26, respectively. The differences between every two groups were all significant （P 〈0.05）. The expression of Livin was significantly correlated with ages, and axillary lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0.05）. The expression of Livin did not show correlations with tumor size, clinical stage and histologic grade （P 〉0.05 ）. There was significant difference in local recurrence rate between two groups （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion The abno^nal expression of Livin is related to the development and prognosis of breast cancer, which suggests that the expression of Livin may play an important role in development of breast cancer.
