摘 要:目的了解噪声接触人员的健康情况,为企业噪声作业人员的职业病防治和职业卫生管理工作提供科学依据。方法对巴彦淖尔市2015年度进行职业健康检查的所有噪声作业人员共696人(男608人,女88人)按照《职业健康监护技术规范》进行职业健康检查。结果噪声作业人员血压异常随年龄的增长而增长(P<0.01),男性明显多于女性(P<0.01),与接噪工龄有关(P<0.05);血常规和尿常规异常与年龄无关(均P>0.05),但女性异常率均高于男性(均P<0.01)。在各工龄组间血压、血尿常规和纯音测听异常率差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。肝功能异常率男性高于女性(P<0.05);纯音听力检测异常率均随着年龄、工龄增长而增加,男性明显多于女性(P<0.01)。结论噪声作业人员血压、纯音测听异常值出现的频次最高。血压、纯音听力异常值受年龄、工龄及性别因素影响,血常规、尿常规异常与性别、工龄因素有关联。对噪声作业人员必须加强职业卫生监督管理,做好职业防护。[Objective]To understand the health status of noise-exposed workers,provide a scientific basis for the occupational disease prevention among noise-exposed workers and occupational health management in enterprises.[Methods]According to the Technical specification for occupational health monitoring,696 noise-exposed workers(608 males and 88 females) in Bayannaoer City received the occupational health examination in 2015.[Results]The rate of abnormal blood pressure among noise-exposed workers increased with age(P〈0.01),male cases were significantly more than female cases(P〈0.01),and it was related to the noise exposure years(P〈0.01). The rates in abnormal results of blood and urine routine tests were not related to the age,while the abnormal rates in females were higher than those in males(P〈0.01). The differences in the abnormal rates of blood pressure,blood and urine routine tests,and pure tone audiometry were statistically significant among different working age groups(P〈0.05). The rate of liver dysfunction in males was higher than that in females(P〈0.05). The abnormal rate of pure tone audiometry increased with increasing of age and working age,and the abnormal rate in males was significantly higher than that in females(P〈0.01).[Conclusion]The abnormal rates of blood pressure and pure tone audiometry are the highest among noise-exposed workers. The results in blood pressure and pure tone audiometry are influenced by age,working age and gender,while the abnormal results in blood and urine routine tests are related to gender and working age. It is necessary to strengthen the occupational health supervision and management,and improve the occupational protection among noise-exposed workers.
