摘  要:印象管理也称为自我呈现或印象整饬,是自我调节的重要组成部分及社会认知的着重研究内容,其被研究领域包括教育学、心理学、社会学等。印象管理是人际交往的基本组成部分之一,也是人际交往中为了达到预期与目标的一种方法和手段,为人们提供了社会表现的礼仪样式和行为规则。教师人际关系网之间有交叉与重叠的部分,增加了教师处理人际关系的难度。良好的人际关系不仅是教师达成心理健康的重要手段,同时也是提高教育质量保证,促进社会化进程的条件。以印象管理为研究切入点,探讨其在教师人际关系重塑与调整中发挥的作用以及二者的契合性,通过融合印象管理与教师人际关系两方面的专业内容,期望能使教师能够在处理人际关系问题时从中得到启示。Impression management is also known as self-presentation or impression straighten,it is a critical part of the self-regulating and an important research of social cognitive theory. The research areas include education,psychology and sociology. Impression management is also one of the essential components of interpersonal communication,it is also a method and mean for people to achieve expectations and goals that provides style and etiquette rules of conducting social performance.The characteristics of teachers' profession decide the multiplicity of their social scope. The interpersonal scope includes students,teachers,school administrators,and students' parents,etc. Great interpersonal relationship not only is an important means for teachers to reach mental health,as well as improving the education quality,promoting the socialization process conditions. Using impression management as the breakthrough point,discusses its impact on teachers' interpersonal relationship to reshape and play a role in the process of adjustment.By exploring the consilience between impression management and teachers ' interpersonal relationship and putting forward the corresponding strategy,we expect the integration of the professional contents about impression management and teachers' interpersonal relationship enables teachers have good dealing with interpersonal relationship and get enlightenment.
