摘 要:分析重载货车走行特性及其对调车场连挂区设计的影响,在进一步分析调车场连挂区各区段重要程度、不同车辆溜放距离需求、调车场纵断面设计车型及质量选定等因素的基础上,建立以中行车不利条件和难行车有利条件下的溜放距离为优化目标,以布顶数量、难行车不利条件下溜放距离、坡度范围及最小坡段长等为约束条件的多目标优化模型,并提出求解思路及优化方案。以27t轴重货车与既有货车混合应用背景下调车场连挂区纵断面设计优化为例,给出推荐设计方案。可为重载货车应用后调车场连挂区纵断面设计优化提供理论参考。Based on the introduction on the research and development of heavy haul transportation in China, an analysis was made on the profile design problems and inadequacy of research on Coupling Area of Marshalling Yard (CAMY ) for the Heavy Haul Freight Car (HHFC ) application. The running characteristics of HHFC and the influence of the running characteristics on the design of CAMY were discussed. Based on the analysis of sectional characteristics in CAMY , the rolling distance of different cars, vehicle type and quality selection of marshaling yard design, a multi-objective optimization model was established. The rolling distances of middle rolling car under adverse condition and hard rolling car under favorable condition were taken as the optimization objectives, with several factors, including piston retarder number, rolling distance for hard rolling car under adverse condition, reasonable slope gradient range, and minimum slope segment length taken as constraint conditions. Then the solution algorithm and optimization proposals were provided. At last, with the case study of the design optimization of the profile of CAMY under the mixed application of existing cars and 27 t axle-load freight cars, the recommended design was provided, which can be used as the theoretical reference for the coupling area profile design of marshaling yard under the application of HHFC.
