摘 要:以CDC-16型道岔捣固车为例,建立道岔捣固车起道时道岔的受力模型,计算道岔捣固车在岔区不同枕位采用不同起道作业方式所需的起道力,并分析不同起道方式对钢轨、岔枕和扣件的影响,进而从轨道结构受力的角度提出合理的起道方案。研究表明:道岔捣固车的起道力、道岔的受力和变形均随着起道量的增大而增大;在道岔的转辙器、连接部分和岔后短岔枕区域采用正线起道方式即可完成起道作业;单次起道量为50mm时,在辙叉区域应使用三轨起道方式,而在岔枕最长的分岔区域必须使用人工辅助起道;单次起道量为30mm时,在辙叉区域和分岔区域均可采用三轨起道方式;采用较小的单次起道量虽然可以缓解道岔捣固车作业能力和轨道部件承载能力不足的问题,但作业效率较低,因此,单次起道量以15~30mm为宜。In the case of CDC-16 tamping wagon,the mechanical model of turnout at track lifting by tamping wagon was established.The needed lifting forces at different sleeper positions in turnout section with different operation modes for track lifting by turnout tamping wagon were calculated.The effects of different track lifting modes on rail,turnout sleeper and fastener were analyzed.From the perspective of track structure force,reasonable track lifting scheme was proposed.Results show that the lifting force of turnout tamping wagon as well as the force and deformation of turnout increases with the increase of track lifting height.In terms of turnout switch,connected parts and short-switch tie sections after turnout,main line track lifting mode can complete track lifting task.When the one-time lifting height is up to 50 mm,third-rail track lifting mode should be applied at frog section,and human assistance must be adopted for track lifting in turnout section with the longest switch tie.When the one-time lifting height is 30 mm,third-rail track lifting mode can be adopted at frog section and turnout section.Although less lifting height at one time can alleviate deficiencies in the work capacity of turnout tamping wagon and the bearing capacity of track components,the working efficiency is lower.Thus,it is recommended that one-time lifting height should be 15~30mm.
