成人教育的职业化趋势及其引导策略

摘　　要：在国内就业压力逐渐增大、成人教育职业化趋势越来越明显的背景下,成人教育相关管理部门有必要采取一定的引导策略,合理引导成人院校的职业化发展,以更好地提升成人教育的教学质量,减少学生的就业负担。我国的成人教育职业化发展优势十分明显,有利于成人教育水平的全面提升。为了更好地引导其发展,可以采取教学改革与创新、转变传统教学观念、加快成人院校建设等策略。Under the background of gradually increasing domestic employment pressure and the more obvious adult vocational ed- ucation trend, the administration of adult education should take some strategies to guide a reasonable professional development of adult colleges, in order to better improve the teaching quality of adult education, and reduce the burden of students＇ employment. The article believes that the development of adult education in China has obvious advantages, which is conducive to the overall improvement of a- duh education. In order to guide its development, we could take the teaching reform and innovation, change the traditional teaching i- deas, and speed up the construction of adult colleges and so on.
