地方本科高校向应用型转型的分类管理研究——以湖北省为例

摘　　要：随着国家明确提出引导一批地方本科高校尤其是新建本科院校向应用型转型,各省属本科高校向应用型转型已开始进入实践操作层面。如何进行分类管理,引导各高校有序转型,是各相关管理层需要慎重思考的问题。通过对湖北省属本科高校进行实证分析,以巴斯德象限为基础,把湖北省属高校划分为三种类型。不同类型高校在学科专业建设、人才培养、科学研究、服务对象等方面具有不同特征。在此基础上提出了分类管理的相关建议,以期对高校转型发展提供借鉴。As the country,s guidance of the transition for a number of local undergraduate colleges to the application-oriented, in particular the new established colleges, all of the colleges belonging to provinces have begun the practice of the operation. Base on Pasteur quadrant, this paper analyses the empirical cases of colleges in Hubei Province, which are divided into three types. Different types of colleges and universities have different characteristics in terms of professional disciplines, personnel training, scientific research and services. Based on this, the author proposes suggestions for classified management.
