两种价值观下社会组织的生命轨迹比较——基于M市草根组织的多案例分析

摘　　要：社会组织的健康发育是社会治理现代化的题中之义。在当前国内有关社会组织的研究重点关注制度环境和国家—社会关系时,本研究引入组织生命周期的视角从组织具体发展过程切入展开研究。通过长期参与观察、深度访谈等方法,本文比较了M市四家草根组织的生命轨迹,得出以下结论:第一,当社会组织分别为自我强化和自我超越两种价值观主导,其生命轨迹在组织生命周期的孕育与初创阶段趋同,都能顺利发展,但在成长阶段却出现分野,前者因内外关系的恶化而陷入停滞或衰亡,后者则能应对挑战并进入成熟期。第二,两类社会组织生命轨迹的分野,主要是受到"主导社会组织的价值观类型""自我强化型资源的生产与分配"以及"组织在成长阶段对分权的要求"等因素的综合影响。第三,同一社会组织既可能为某一种价值观主导,也可能同时持有两种价值观并受到混合的动力驱动。The authors compare the life tracks of four grassroots organizations in M city with the theory of value,participant's observation and depth interviews,reaching three conclusions:(1) If social organizations are dominated by self-enhancement values and self transcendence respectively,the life tracks of which would tend to be the same in the idea and start up stage and the distinction would appear in the growing stage:the former will fall into stagnation or decline because of the deterioration of internal and external relations,and the latter will respond to these challenges well and proceed to the grow-up stage.(2)The distinction of the life tracks appear because of the combined effects of the type of the dominated value,the production and distribution of the self-enhancement resource and the demand of decentralization of the social organization own in the growing stage.(3) A social organization can be dominated by a certain kind of value and could be guided by two or more kinds of values which provide the drive force.
