摘　　要：目的:探讨DOG1在胃肠道间质瘤(GIST)中的表达及其临床意义。方法:免疫组化Envision法对73例GIST和26例非GIST间叶源性肿瘤检测DOG1的表达,分析DOG1与GIST的各项临床病理参数之间的关系。结果:在73例GIST中DOG1、CD117和CD34的阳性率分别为91.78%、94.52%和91.78%,而在26例非GIST中阳性率为11.54%、3.85%和23.08%,以上指标在两组间的表达有统计学差异(P=0.000);DOG1检测GIST灵敏度和特异度分别为91.80%、88.50%,而DOG1联合CD117检测GIST灵敏度和特异度分别为98.60%和84.60%,灵敏度最高;DOG1的表达与GIST的性别、年龄、肿瘤的位置、肿瘤的大小、核分裂象和恶性潜能分级等临床病理因素无相关性(P>0.05),同时DOG1的表达与GIST的预后也无相关性(P>0.05)。结论:在GIST的诊断中DOG1与CD117一样是敏感而特异的指标,尤其是对CD117阴性的GIST的诊断中,能够起很好的补充作用,但不能作为评价GIST预后的指标。ObjectiveTo investigate the expression and clinical significance of D0G1 in gastrointestinal stromal tumors （ GIST） . Methods ： Using immunohistochemistry Envision method, we tested DOG1 expression among 73 cases of GIST and 26 cases of non - GIST mesenchymal tumors, and analyzed the relationship between various clinicopatho- logical parameters of GIST and DOG1. Results ： Among 73 GIST cases, positivity rates of D0G1,CD117 and CD34 were 91.78% ,94.52% and 91.78% respectively, while in 26 cases of non - GIST positive rates were 11.54% ,3. 85% and 23. 08% （P =0. 000） . The detection sensitivity and specificity of DOG1 in GIST were 91.80% , 88. 50% .It was the highest of sensitivity while DOG1 joint CD117 detected and the sensitivity and specificity were 98. 60% and 84. 60% respectively. The expression of DOG1 in GIST was not associated with gender, age, tumor location, tumor size, mitosis, and malignancy potential grading （P 〉0. 05） , and also not related to prognosis （P 〉 0 .0 5 ） . Conclu-sion： For diagnosing GIST, DOG1 has high sensitivity and high specificity as CD117. Especially for CD117 negative cases,DOG1 can be a complementary marker but cannot be used as prognostic indicator of GIST.
