摘　　要：长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,LncRNA)是一类长度大于200个核苷酸的非编码RNA(non-coding RNA,ncRNA),虽然不编码蛋白质,但作为非编码RNA与肿瘤的发生发展有着密切关系。LncRNA可在转录水平、转录后水平调控及表观遗传学三个层面影响肿瘤的增殖、凋亡、侵袭转移等生物学特性。本文介绍与胶质瘤发生发展关系密切的长链非编码RNA,阐述其调节胶质瘤增殖、凋亡、血管生成及侵袭转移的机制。Long non - coding RNA is a kind of non - coding RNA molecule which is longer than 200 nucleotides. Although it does not have the capacity of protein coding but it relates closely to tumorigenesis. Ln cRN A affects the occurrence and development of glioma through transcriptional regulation post - transcriptional regulation and epigenetic effects. This paper introduces long noncoding RNAs that closely related to the occurrence and development of glioma, explains the effects of glioma cell proliferation, apoptosis, invasion and angiogenesis mechanisms.
