摘 要:随着医疗卫生体制改革的不断深入,各界对医院医疗服务水平的要求也日趋提高,而医院要发展,人才是第一要义,如何做好医院的人力资源管理就变得尤为重要。在科技高速发展的今天,传统的管理方式已逐渐显现出各种弊端,而充分利用现代化电子信息技术促进医院人事管理已成为今后工作的发展方向。本文首先阐述了传统医院人力资源管理工作的不足,其次分析了人力资源电子管理系统在医院工作中起到的重要作用,再次就集团化医院人力资源电子管理系统的建设与应用提出几点建议。When the medical and health care system reform is deepening, the demand for better healthcare services in the hospitals is increasing accordingly. The good management of human resource in the hospitals is crucial for meeting this demand, as the human resource is always the most important for the development of the hospitals. To promote human resource management in the hospitals, the modern digital information technology should be fully utilised to overcome the problems of traditional management methods which have become more adverse during this period, in which the technology is advancing rapidly. This paper firstly illustrated the limitations of traditional hospital human resource management system, followed by the analysis of importance of human resource digital management system for hospitals. Lastly, some advices were given for the construction and application for human resource digital management system in the grouping hospitals.
