数字时代农林院校教师信息需求与图书馆服务的实证分析——以江西农业大学为例

摘　　要：通过对江西农业大学农、林、牧3个专业教师用户的信息需求、信息行为和信息利用情况的调查分析,指出农林院校图书馆信息资源建设与用户需求存在的差距,提出农林院校图书馆应增加图书馆的经费投入,加强资源整合开发,加大宣传力度,加强队伍建设,开展个性化服务。Through the investigation and analysis on teachers＇ information demand, information behavior and information utilization in three majors of Jiangxi Agricultural University, this paper pointed out the gap between user demand and information resource construction in agricultural and forestry university library, and suggested that agricultural and forestry university library should increase the library funds, strengthen the integration and development of resource,intensify propaganda, strengthen team construction and carry out personalized service.
