摘 要:为了精确预测采煤工作面内煤层和断层等地质构造的赋存状态,基于工作面开拓勘探数据、顶底板等高线和钻孔勘探预测数据,运用SolidWorks软件中B-样条曲线的插值算法对导线点进行插值。以得到的光滑样条曲线为引导线,以钻孔预测剖面为轮廓,结合顶底板等高线进行放样建模,建立能够精确反映复杂工作面地质构造赋存状态的三维地质模型。结果表明,该三维地质模型可以对每个推采位置进行任意角度的剖切,可观测和分析工作面中的煤层和断层等地质构造的赋存状态,实现精确预测的目的,降低开采风险和采矿成本。此外,SolidWorks软件的易用性能够降低科室及区队一线生产人员的使用门槛,提高采煤工作面生产的技术管理水平。Based on the data of working face exploration,coal seam's roof and bottom contour and drilling exploration prediction,the traverse points was interpolated by using B-spline curve in the software of SolidWorks in order to accurately predict the geotectonic occurrence of coal seams and faults in coal face.A 3Dgeological model,which could reflect the complex geological structure of the occurrence of the coal face accurately,was built based on the obtained spline curves as pilot lines and the drill prediction profiles as contours.The results show that this 3Dgeological model could be cut at different mining locations from arbitrary angle and with it,the occurrence condition of coal seams and faults in coal face could be observed and analysed to achieve the purpose of accurate prediction and reduce the risk and cost of mining.In addition,SolidWorks,the easy-to-use software,can be learned easily by the workers of departments and the coal mine working teams from the first production line and the technology management level of the production of coal face can be improved.
