摘　　要：Castleman病是一类较少见且难以诊断的反应性淋巴结增生疾病,可以发生在全身任何部位的淋巴结,临床上缺少特征性的诊断标准。本文报告1例发生于颈部的Castleman病患者,其临床分型为多中心型,病理组织学分型为透明血管型。结合文献复习,对其PET-CT、B超检查及组织学检查结果进行讨论,以提高对该疾病的认识。Castleman＇s disease is a lymphoproliferative disease which is rare and hard to diagnose, it can involve any lymph nodes of the body, and lacks characteristic clinical diagnostic criteria. This paper reported a patient with Castleman＇s disease in the neck, its classification was muhicentric and hyaline vascular type. PET-CT, ultrasound examination and histological findings were discussed in order to improve in depth understanding of the disease.
