Atg5与P504S在82例前列腺癌中的表达研究

摘　　要：[目的]探讨Atg5与P504S在前列腺癌中的表达情况。[方法]收集前列腺癌(PCa)、良性前列腺增生症(BPH)及前列腺上皮内瘤(PIN)的组织标本共127例,其中PCa组织标本82例,BPH组织标本25例,PIN组织标本20例。采用免疫组化法检测Atg5与P504S在不同病变组织中的表达情况。[结果 ]Atg5与P504S在PCa组织中的阳性率均显著高于BPH及PIN组织,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。P504S的阳性表达程度与病理分级、临床分期以及肿瘤转移有关,而与患者年龄无关。Atg5的表达与年龄、病理分级、临床分期以及肿瘤转移均无显著相关性(P>0.05)。Atg5与P504S在PCa组织中的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。[结论 ]Atg5与P504S的异常表达与前列腺癌密切相关,且P504S与前列腺癌进展呈正相关,在前列腺癌诊断中具有较高的临床价值。[Objective] To investigate the expressions of Atg5 and P504 S in prostatic cancer（PCa） tissues. [Methods] The expressions of Atg5 and P504 S were detected immunohistochemically in 82 specimens of PCa tissue,25 specimens of benign prostatic hyperplasia（BPH） and 20 specimens of prostatic intraepithelial neoplasia（PIN）. [Results] Positive rates of Atg5 and P504 S in PCa tissues were significantly higher than those in BPH and PIN tissues（P〈0.05）. Positive expression of P504 S was correlated with pathologic grade,clinical stage and tumor metastasis;but not correlated with age of patients. No correlation of Atg5 expression with age,pathologic rade,clinical stage and tumor metastasis were observed（P〉0.05）. There was positive correlation between Atg5 and P504 S in PCa（P〈0.05）.[Conclusion] Abnormal expressions of Atg5 and P504 S are closely related to PCa. P504 S has positive correlation with progress of PCa,which may have clinical value in diagnosis of PCa.
