摘　　要：目的探讨miR-320a与结直肠癌患者的临床病理特征及预后的相关性。方法选取2010年1月至2013年3月在本科室收治的65例已经配对的癌旁正常组织和结直肠癌组织,采用实时定量PCR的方法检测癌旁正常组织和癌组织中miR-320a的表达情况,分析miR-320a表达情况与结直肠癌患者的临床病理特点及生存预后的关系。结果结直肠癌组织中miR-320a表达量明显低于癌旁正常组织(P<0.001)。结直肠癌患者组织中miR-320a的表达与肿瘤分化程度、TNM分期和CEA水平有关(均P<0.05),而与年龄、性别、肿瘤部位无关(均P>0.05)。生存分析结果显示miR-320a高表达的结直肠癌患者术后总体预后明显优于miR-320a低表达者,两组患者的5年生存率分别为54.7%和31.4%(P=0.022)。结论 miR-320a可能作为结直肠癌患者预后的预测指标。miR-320a过表达可能提示结直肠癌患者肿瘤生物学行为较佳。Objective To investigate the relationship between miR-320a expression and clinicopathological features and prognosis of colorectal cancer patients. Methods The expression levels of miR-320a in matched colorectal cancer and adjacent normal tissue from 65 colorectal cancer patients from January 2010 to March 2013 in our department was evaluated with real-time PCR. Clinicopathological features and prognosis of these patients was also analyzed to find out the clinical effect of miR-320a in colorectal cancer. Results We found that the relative expression of miR-320a was lower in colorectal cancer compared with adjacent normal tissue （P〈0.001）. In addition, the expression of miR-320a was associated with histological grade, TNM stage and CEA level （all P〈0.05）, while no correlation was found in terms of age, sex and tumor location （all P〉0.05）. Moreover, patients with miR-320a overexpression had a better postoperative survival outcome compared with those with lower expression （5-year survival rate： 54.7% vs. 31.4% ,P=0.022）. Conclusions miR-320a presents as a potential biomarker for the prognosis of colorectal cancer patients, and overexpression of miR-320a may be associated with better tumor biological behavior in colorectal cancer.
