摘 要:作为传统煤化工技术的焦化行业面临转型与升级的严峻考验,部分焦化企业正在计划调整产品结构生产气化焦。初步分析了气化焦的技术指标和原料煤要求,讨论了低阶煤在气化焦生产中的作用,提出了气化焦生产的技术路线并对转型制气化焦进行经济概算,明确了气化焦生产中应该注意的问题。分析认为,焦化企业转型生产气化焦在配煤原料、化产回收、产品后续深加工等方面具有较大的优势,进一步加强设备改造、工艺调整、气化市场开发等方面的风险控制可取得良好的经济效益。As a traditional coal chemical technology, coking industry is in the face of transformation and upgrade.Some certain enterprises are planning to adj ust product structure to produce gasification coke from metallurgical coke. In this context, a preliminary analysis was conducted including gasification coke quality, requirements of raw coal and the role of low rank coal in production.Then a technical route for gasification coke was proposed and the economic estimate of transformation to gasification coke was calculated.Some problems that should be paid attention to in the production were also put forward in the paper.The analysis showed larger advantage on the aspects of raw material, chemical products recovery and further processing. On this basis, a good economic benefit would be obtained by controlling the risks on equipment upgrading, coking technology adj ustment and gasification market development.
