摘  要:目的查明一起食源性疾病暴发的病原菌。方法按照国家标准检验方法 GB 4789—2008和WS 289—2008,对患者肛拭子以及外环境样本进行细菌分离培养、鉴定、毒力基因检测、血清学分型及脉冲场凝胶电泳分子分型。结果7份患者肛拭子中检出6株非O1群霍乱弧菌,4份外环境样本中检出1株非O1群霍乱弧菌,7株菌霍乱肠毒素Ctx AB基因检测结果均为阴性,脉冲场凝胶电泳分子分型显示患者分离株与外环境分离株分子带型同源。结论此次食源性疾病为非O1群霍乱弧菌污染外环境所致。PFGE分子分型方法对传染病暴发溯源起了重要作用。Objective To identify the particular pathogenic bacteria in a food poisoning event. Methods Rectal swab and external environment samples were collected for multiple-bacterial separation,culture,identification,detection of virulence gene and serotyping and PFGE molecular typing based on GB 4789—2008 and WS 289—2008 standard. Results A total of 6 Vibrio cholera non-O1 strains were isolated from 7 patients swabs and 1 strain of Vibrio cholera non-O1 was detected from 4 external enviroment samples. The virulence gene Ctx AB was not detected in the 7 strains. All the isolates from patients and the external environment samples were homologously detected by PFGE. Conclusion The food poisoning was caused by Vibrio cholera non-O1 which contaminated the external envrioment. PFGE made great sense on traceability of infectious disease.
