高校二级管理下教学质量保障问题之研究

摘　　要：教学质量是高校生存与发展的关键问题,是提高人才培养的重点工作。二级教学管理工作是高校教学工作的重要组成部分,是保障学校教学系统正常运行的关键。但是在实际的教学过程中,因为高校自身问题以及客观原因的影响,高校二级教学管理在教学管理工作中,并没有充分的发挥自身的作用,在未来工作开展过程中要在实践与理论上提高对其研究。本文基于此背景对高校二级管理下的教学质量保障相关问题进行了深入的研究。Teaching quality is the key problem of college＇s survival and development and the focus to improve teaching work.The secondary management work is an important part of teaching work in higher colleges and the key to guarantee normal running of college teaching systems. However,the secondary management does not play a role effectively in teaching management work in actual teaching process since the effect of college ＇s own problems and other objective reasons of higher colleges. We need to improve the practice and theory research in the process of future work. In this paper,the problems of teaching quality assurance based on background of colleges＇ secondary management has been deeply studied.
