摘　　要：高校辅导员在大学生的校园生活中,担当着教育、管理和服务的重要角色,辅导员的教育方式和管理模式,对大学生的人生观、价值观和世界观产生着至关重要的影响,但在高等教育飞速发展和变化的新时期,高校辅导员的角色定位受各方面因素的影响,逐渐走向功利化、边缘化趋势。重新定位辅导员的角色,并制定其培养路径已成为当务之急。College Counselors in the campus life of college students play the education,the important role of managementand service, counselor education way and the management pattern, on College Students＇ Oudook on life, values and world viewhave a crucial impact, but in the new era with the rapid development of higher education and changes, the role of collegecounselors by the influence of various factors, gradually moving towards utilitarian, marginalization, re positioning of counselorsrole,and to develop the training path has become a top priority.
