摘  要:在猪牛羊肉类产地和肉制品需求市场既定的条件下,考察肉制品加工地最优选址的决定性因素,基于我国各地区2005—2013年的平衡面板数据,以各地区肉制品加工产业比重为被解释变量进行多元回归分析。实证结果显示:劳动力成本、运输成本与市场规模对肉制品产业比重的影响最为显著。由于国家政策对肉制品加工业布局意义重大,所以使用国家级开发区个数作为中介变量进一步讨论肉制品加工业的布局,这对于政府制定肉制品加工业区域布局政策、促进和改善肉制品加工区域经济环境具有重要意义。The class origin and meat demand markets of pigs beef and mutton have been established. Talkabout, the optimal location of the decisive factors of meat processing. Try to explain meat processing industry inthe area proportion variable for multiple regression analysis based on the balance of our country regions during2005-2013 panel data. The empirical results show that the labor cost, transportation cost and market scaleeffect on meat industry proportion are the most significant. Due to the national policy is of great significance tomeat products processing industry layout, we use number of state-level development zone as the intermediaryvariables to further discuss the layout of the meat processing industry. It develops meat processing industry arealayout for the government, how to promote and improve the meat products processing and regional economicenvironment is of great significance.
