地方本科院校公共选修课建设中存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：阐述公共选修课对地方本科院校培养应用型人才的重要性,从学校教学资源紧缺、课程设置随意性大且不合理、教学质量监控体系不健全、教学方法有待改进、学生选课带有盲目性等方面分析了公选课建设过程中存在的一些问题。有针对性地提出了切实可行的解决方案,即科学设置课程,建立合理课程体系;探索MOOC建设,创新教学模式;改进教学方法,提高课堂教学质量;加强选课指导,避免盲目选课;建立完善的监督机制,健全质量监控体系;加强教师队伍建设,打造精品课程。The importance of public elective courses and applied talent cultivation in local higher education institution has attracted much attention. The problems were analyzed by analyzing the shortage of teaching resources course setting randomness and unreasonable, teaching quality monitoring system imperfect, teaching method needing improvement, university student course- selection blindness in the construction of public elective courses. Some practicable solutions were raised from scientific setting up courses and establishing reasonable curriculum system, exploring the MOOC construction and innovative teaching model, ameliorating teaching method and improving classroom teaching quality, reinforcing guidance on selecting elective courses and avoiding the aimless choice of elective, establishing a perfect supervision mechanism and perfecting quality monitoring system, reinforcing teaching team construction and creating excellent course
