摘　　要：文章简述了程应旄的生平与著述及书中主要内容,重点探讨了其学术特点,认为其立论起点高妙,完善三纲学说,重视辨证施治,编次承上启下,并指出了其不足之处及对后世的影响。This article has summarized the life and works of CHENG Ying-mao and main content of the book. The discussion has focused on the academic characteristics. The writer thinks that the book has a masterly theoretical starting point,improving ＂Three bonds doctrine＂,while attaching importance to＂Syndrome differ treatment＂and arranges a connecting order. The deficiency and the influence are also pointed out in the article.
