山西民营经济转型升级路径研究

摘　　要：民营经济是经济社会发展的重要支撑。目前山西民营经济总体上发展滞后,实现民营经济的转型升级是一个突出难题。学术界的研究表明,民营企业的转型升级受多种因素的影响,如自身观念、政府作用、创新能力、资本构成、组织结构等。对于山西民营经济而言,实现转型升级要抓住"新常态"带来的机遇,明确转型升级方向,要做到从"拼关系"向"拼市场"转变,从"靠资源"向"靠创新"转变。Private Economy is the important support for development of economy and society.Private Economy in Shanxi Province is lagging,and it is a tough difficulty to realize its transformation and updating.Research shows that the transformation and updating of Private Economy are affected by many factors,such as the ideas,government function,innovation ability,composition of capital,organization structure and so on.As to Private Economy in Shanxi Province,it is important to transform ＂striving for relationship＂to ＂striving for market＂,transform ＂relying on resource＂to ＂relying on thought＂,and grasp opportunities that new normalcy brings,making clear the direction of transformation and updating.
