摘　　要：目的探讨L-plastin在子宫内膜癌组织中的表达及其在癌变发生发展中的作用。方法采用免疫组织化学方法(S-P法),检测45例子宫内膜癌、20例子宫内膜不典型增生,16例正常子宫内膜中的L-plastin的表达。观察其在子宫内膜癌临床病理学参数的关系,分析其在肿瘤发生发展中的作用。结果在子宫内膜癌中L-plastin蛋白的表达明显低于非典型增生内膜及正常增生期内膜组织(P<0.01)。在不同手术病理分期子宫内膜癌组织中有显著性差异(P<0.05),在不同病理分级的子宫内膜癌组织中无显著性差异(P>0.05),在不同肌层浸润深度中有显著性差异(P<0.05),在有无淋巴结转移子宫内膜癌组织中无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论L-plastin蛋白参与了子宫内膜癌癌变的病理过程.L-plastin蛋白在子宫内膜癌中存在过度表达,L-plastin的过度表达与手术病理分期和肌层浸润深度有关。Objective To evaluate the expression of L- plastin in endometrial careinoma and effect on the progress of careinoma. Methods The expression of L- plastin were examined in 45 cases of endometrial carcinoma,20 cases of atypical hyperplasia,and 16 cases of normal proliferatie phase of endometrium by the immunohistochemical method（ S-P method）. Results The expression of L- plastin protein in endometrial carcinoma tissue,atypical hyperplasia endometrium tissue and normal endometrium tissue. In endometrial carcinoma,the expression of L- plastin was related to surgical- pathological staging（ P〈0. 05）,but was related to histological grading（ P〉0. 05）; was related to myometrial invasion（ P〈0. 05）; but was related to nodus lymphaticus metachoresis（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusions L- plastin protein was involved in the pathological process of endometrial carcinoma. L- plastin protein were positive expressed in endometrial carcinoma tissue,and the positive expression of L- plastin protein was correlated to operation pathological staging and myometrial invasion.
