摘  要:滑阀式真空泵的运动属于偏心运动,该泵的滑阀构件在工作中产生的不平衡惯性力引起泵的较大振动,但是长期以来无精确的计算滑阀不平衡惯性力的方法,因此确定滑阀的不平衡惯性力幅值成为降低滑阀泵振动的关键所在。本文运用机械系统运动学理论推导了精确计算滑阀杆的不平衡惯性力的公式,计算了2H-150型双级滑阀真空泵滑阀杆在一个工作周期内的不平衡惯性力。计算获得了滑阀杆不平衡力幅值的精确值,计算结果表明,滑阀杆的大小和方向是不断发生变化的,引起的振动是非简谐振动。根据滑阀杆不平衡惯性力的计算结果进行动平衡配重,配重后的滑阀泵振动力和振动位移大幅度下降。结果表明该方法正确可靠,为滑阀泵减振分析提供了准确数据。The large inertial force,exerted on the sliding-valve rod intheeccentric motion of thetwo-stage rotarypiston vacuum pump( Model 2 H-150),was mathematically modeled and theoretically calculated on the basis of kinematics and dynamics of rigid mechanical system. The motivation was to design an effective counterweight to dampen the inertia force induced vibration. The calculated results show that the time-dependent inertial force is non-harmonic and its magnitude and direction are changing instantaneously and sharply in one cycle. Based on the calculation,the counterweight was optimized and fixed at the proper position in the prototyped rotary piston pump.The test results show that the counterweight significantly dampened the vibration by reducing the inertia force and displacement of the rotary piston vacuum pump. We suggest that the calculation of the inertial force may be of much technological interest in dampening the vibration of rotary piston vacuum pump.
