摘 要:目的:探究肠道菌群与天然药物生物转化及其代谢产物的关系,为研制生物利用度高的药物提供参考。方法:通过总结人肠道菌群及天然药物生物转化的研究情况,简述天然药物肠道菌群作用下的代谢和生物转化过程,总结不同种类天然药物的生物转化规律。结果:列举了苷类,黄酮类,苯丙素类,有机酸类等成分肠道菌代谢的研究,总结了肠道菌群对天然药物成分的生物转化规律。结论:肠道菌群对天然药物的生物转化主要以水解为主,大多数苷类成分经肠菌代谢为苷元或小分子物质后提高了生物利用度。Objective:To explore the relationship between the intestinal flora and the national medicine biotrans- formation and its metabolites and to provide the reference for high - bioavailability drugs. Methods :By summa- rizing the advanced researches on the human intestinal flora, we had expounded the process of metabolism and transformation on the national products and summed up the biological transformation rules of all kinds of na- tional medicine. Results:The investigation listed intestinal bacteria metabolism of the glycosides, flavonoids, styrene acrylic class, organic acids and other national product ingredients and summarized the rules of them. Conclusion : The results of the experiment indicate that biotransformation of national medicine by intestinal flora is given priority to hydrolysis. Aglyeone metabolized by intestinal bacteria increases the bioavailability com- pared with glycosides.
