摘　　要：目的探讨自拟扶正消瘤方汤剂联合CEF方案术前化学治疗进展期乳腺癌的临床疗效。方法选取进展期乳腺癌患者106例,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各53例。对照组采用CEF方案进行化疗,观察组则在对照组基础上加用自拟扶正消瘤方汤剂(黄芪、百合、党参、仙鹤草、枸杞子、当归、山慈菇等)治疗。比较观察2组患者的近期临床疗效、生活质量及不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组KPS评分为(86.3±6.2)分,对照组为(82.1±5.6)分,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.001)。2组患者的不良反应主要表现为消化道反应、肝肾功能损害、骨髓抑制和心功能损害等,2组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自拟扶正消瘤方汤剂联合CEF方案术前化学治疗进展期乳腺癌可提高疗效,减轻肝肾损伤,有效提高患者生活质量。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Xiaoliu decoction combined with CEF chemotherapy in treatment of advanced breast cancer. Methods 106 patients with advanced breast cancer in our hospital were chosen. All patients were divided into control group and observation group according to a random number table,53 cases in each group. The control group were given CEF chemotherapy,while in observation group were given Fuzheng Xiaoliu decoction（ chrysanthemum,lily,dangshen,herba agrimoniae,medlar,angelica,arrowhead） based on the control group. The clinical efficacy,quality of life and adverse reactions were observed between the two groups. Results The total effective rate in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 05）. The KPS score in observation group was（ 86. 3 ± 6. 2）,which in control group was（ 82. 1 ± 5. 6）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0. 001） between the groups. The adverse reactions in two groups were mainly gastrointestinal reactions,liver and kidney damage,bone marrow suppression and cardiac dysfunction,which showed no significant difference between the two groups（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The clinical efficacy of Fuzheng Xiaoliu decoction combined with CEF chemotherapy in treatment of advanced breast cancer was can provide curative effect,reduce liver damage,which can effectively improve the quality of life.
