摘  要:目的改进实习教学方法,应用3+1连贯模拟教学模式,规范教学手段,提高实习学生临床基本技能操作水平。方法依托先进的模拟教学设备和多媒体,对学生进行3项通用项目和1项专科项目的规范化培训,并贯穿整个实习过程。结果通过对293名实习学生教学成效评价及考核数据分析,学生对3+1连贯模拟教学规范化认可度很高,激发了实习积极性,临床技能动手能力得到了更多锻炼。结论 3+1连贯模拟教学能够消除因带教老师水平不同、教学环境不同所致的不规范教学及学生学习效果差异,有效提高实习学生临床基本技能操作水平。Objective To improve the methods of intern teaching,use the threeone continuous simulation teaching model,specify teaching mode and develop medical interns' levels of clinical skills. Methods Advanced simulation teaching equipments and multimedia were applied to interns' standard training with three routine trainings and one specialty training in the entire process. Results The evaluation of teaching effects and examination data of 293 interns were estimated a high approval degree of three- and one-continuous simulation teaching. The learning initiative was inspired. Clinical handling ability was better developed. Conclusion Three- and one-continuous simulation teaching can eliminate differences in different teachers,environments and students' learning effects,and improve interns' levels of clinical elemental skills.
