习近平新政治观的本质特征与时代价值

摘　　要：习近平新政治观的基本元素和机理,已经通过治国理政的实践,从一系列重要讲话中反映出来。其新政治观是"开创文明",思想路线是"改革放开",执政方略是"四个全面"和"新常态"。这些共同构成习近平的执政思维和执政逻辑、执政目标和发展路径。折射出其强烈的担当精神和政治家的洞察力,必定深刻影响我国的政治思想、政治理论、政治制度、外交理论和国际关系准则。The basic elements and mechanism of Xi Jinping＇s new political outlook are embodied in his prac- tice of state governance and series of talks： ＂to initiate cultural advancement＂ is his new political outlook; ＂reform and opening up＂ is the ideological line of; and the ＂Four Comprehensives＂ and ＂New Norm＂ his strategy of gov- ernance. They have constituted Xi＇s thinking, logic and goals of governance and their evolution, which have dis- played his strong sense of responsibility and political insights, and will surely have profound impact on China＇s po- litical ideology, theory, system as well as its diplomatic theory and principles of international relations.
