摘　　要：文章通过对喀什地区学前双语教师参加学前双语培训的有效性进行调查,分析影响培训工作有效性的各种因素,探讨从培训机制、培训模式、培训内容及评价体制等方面提高培训工作有效性的对策与建议。文章提出的大力推进参与式培训模式、建立分层培训机制、科学使用两种语言进行培训等措施和办法对学前双语教育培训工作具有重要参考价值。With the investigation of the effectiveness of bilingual training for preschool bilingual teachers in Kashgar region, the author analyses various factors influencing the effectiveness of training and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures from the aspects of training mechanism, modes, content, and assessment： to promote the training mode encouraging participation, to set up a training mechanism with differentlevels, and to use two languages flexibly in training.
