临床护理专业能力培训对护士评判性思维能力的影响效果

摘　　要：目的评价临床护理专业能力培训对临床护士评判性思维能力的影响。方法选择我院96例在职护士,采用简单随机数字表法将其分为试验组48例和对照组48例,其中试验组护士从2014年5月~2015年5月接受临床护理专业能力培训;对照组护士未接受正规的临床护理专业能力培训。观察两组护士培训结束后的成绩考核结果,引用评判性思维能力量表对两组护士进行评判性思维能力评价;观察两组护士对于常见护理不良事件发生率的影响。结果试验组在职护士的理论考试成绩[（95.44±3.87）分]和实践技能成绩[（96.13±3.33）分]均明显高于对照组[（85.19±3.91）、（84.71±3.41）分]（P〈0.01）;试验组护士寻求真相、开放思想、分析能力、系统化能力、思维自信心、求知欲及认知成熟度的评判思维能力评分成绩均显著高于对照组护士（均P〈0.01）,且试验组护士评判思维能力总评分高于对照组护士[（349.7±90.3）分vs（305.8±90.2）分]（P〈0.05）。试验组患者的不良事件发生率为4.17%（2/48）,低于对照组患者的16.67%（8/48）,差异有统计学意义（χ2=4.0186,P=0.0450）。结论临床护理专业能力培训可有效改善护士的评判性思维能力和循证能力,提高护理质量,减少护理不良事件发生。Objective To evaluate the effect of critical thinking ability by clinical nursing professional competence training for clinical nurses.Methods 96 cases of nurse on staff in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2015 were selected,including 48 cases of nurses were undergoing clinical nursing professional competence training as the experimental group;the other 48 cases nurses were not received formal clinical nursing expertise training,for the control group.After the end of the training,the performance assessment results were observed,and using critical thinking ability scale were used to analyze the critical thinking ability evaluation of the two group of the nurses;and the rate of the common adverse events were observed.Results The theory examination scores of experimental group nurses was（95.44±3.87） points and practical skill scores was（96.13±3.33） points,which significantly higher than [（85.19 ±3.91）,（84.71 ±3.41） points] in the control group（P〈0.01）;the nurses seeking truth,open thinking,analytical ability,system the ability of thinking,self-confidence,inquisitiveness and cognitive maturity of critical thinking ability scores of experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group（all P〈0.01）;the total critical thinking ability score of experimental group was higher than that of the control group [（349.7±90.3） vs（305.8±90.2） points]（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse events in the experimental group was 4.17%（2/48）,lower than 16.67%（8/48） in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（χ2=4.0186,P=0.0450）.Conclusion Clinical nursing competency training can improve the quality of care nurses,and can effectively improve the clinical nurse critical thinking ability of nurses and is useful to guide clinical care,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions.
