摘　　要：临床实践中,胃食管反流病(gastroesophageal reflux disease,GERD)患者合并精神心理因素者常见,本文结合文献资料,阐述GERD合并精神心理问题的流行病学、临床表现特征以及身心因素对抑酸治疗反应率的影响和处置策略建议等。It is common that psychosomatic factors contributes in gastroesophageal reflux disease （ GERD） on setting. The epidemiology of GERD combined mental problems is described in this paper. Also, the clinical characteristics, the impacts of physical and mental factors on on effects of the acid inhibition treatment,and psychosomatic factors disposal of the strategy, etc. were involved. Gastroesophageal reflux disease,psychosomatic factors,Pain regulator,and acid inhibition.
