摘　　要：针对迫击炮弹基本药管自动浸漆的实际需求,研发了一种自动浸漆系统,给出了上料装置、浸漆装置、浸漆机械手、烘干传送装置及控制系统的详细设计方案。实际使用效果表明,本系统能够很好地满足基本药管浸漆的生产效率、工艺及质量的要求,将工人从恶劣有毒的浸漆环境中解放出来。On the actual leaching-paint demand for ignition cartridge in mortar shell,an automatic system is developed. The detail design of the feeding unit,leaching-paint unit,leaching-paint manipulator,drying-transporting unit,and control system is provided. The application results show that this automatic leaching-paint system can well meet the requirements of ignition cartridge leaching-paint efficiency,technology and high quality. Furthermore,workers are kept away from bad toxic leaching-paint environment by using this system.
