DEK蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达及其与临床病理的关系

摘  要:目的探讨DEK蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达及其与临床病理特征的关系。方法应用组织芯片和快捷免疫组织化学Max Vision TM法检测185例结直肠癌及癌旁正常黏膜组织中DEK蛋白表达情况。结果 DEK蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达阳性率为86.49%(160/185),明显高于正常结肠黏膜组织[64.86%(120/185)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。DEK蛋白表达与肿瘤临床分期及浸润深度有关,临床分期越晚、肿瘤浸润越深,DEK蛋白表达越高,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 DEK蛋白在结直肠癌的发生、发展中起着重要作用。Objective To investigate the expression of DEK protein in colorectal cancer and its relationships with clinicopathological features. Methods The expression of DEK protein was detected in 185 cases of colorectal cancer tissues and paracancerous normal mueosa tissues by using the tissue microarray and immunohistochemieal MaxVisionTM method. Results The positive expression rate of DEK protein in colorectal cancer was 86.49% (160/185),which was significantly higher than 64.86% (120/185)in the normal colonic mucosa tissues, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.001 ). The DEK protein expression was related to the tumor clinical stage and infiltration degree. The later the tumor clinical stage, the deeper the tumor infiltration, the higher the DEK protein expression, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion DEK protein plays an important role in the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer.
